This is a privately-funded Houston "ad campaign", if you will. It's pretty funny to highlight the things that people dislike about Houston as a way point out that even to spite all this there are still 4.5 million people who live around here. It's too bad the city isn't creative enough (or gutsy enough) to embrace this as the official city PR campaign.

I just watched "Super Size Me" and they claim that Houston is the fattest city in America (Texas has five of the top fifteen). Add that to the Houston: It's Worth It list.
In addition to "Super Size Me" I also read "Fast Food Nation." It is enough to put me off food completely.

I'm a Houston mom blogger, and I wrote about the HIWI campaign on my site too. Thought I'd wave you a quick hello. Hello!
