As Rebecca found a spot of sun on the beach, and Mom slept, Donna and I got snorkel gear (inferior to Snorkel Bob's) and headed to the secret snorkel beach. The beach was small and quiet, and the snorkeling was great! We took another roll of underwater pictures as we drifted among the undersea rocks and coral. We then met back up at the hale, with Rebecca joining us shortly. Lunch was a nice buffet where we all had our fill. After that, though, it was back to enjoying the facilities: Mom and rebecca went to the large pool, Donna took a "coconut leaf ornament" class, and I wandered around the site taking pictures, including the nearby field of petroglyphs. Donna and I met back up at the hale, and we headed off for more snorkeling just as Mom and Rebecca were returning from the pool. We tried the typical snorkeling are this time; it had easier access, but it was more crowded and less-protected reefs. We enjoyed it, though, despite some equipment difficulties. We then returned to the hale, where I led Mom and Rebecca to the now-much-cooler Petroglyph area. Dinner was next at the "formal" dining room (thankfully, I was in jeans, because we saw several men forced to wear a skirt if they entered with shorts), and we all ate plenty of food. The rest of the night was spent packing and planning for our last stop in Hawaii.
