I'm looking forward to tomorrow. It's one of the rare chances Donna and I have to spend a night out with just the two of us. We'll be using a gift certificate my sister and her fiancee got us for Christmas to the Melting Pot. That used to be my favorite restaurant. It's still my favorite "restaurant event", but since a dinner takes so long there (about 3 hours), it's not the place I would eat at every chance I had.
My ex-coworker Eskander and his wife Betty will be baby-sitting for us. They always offer because they love spending time with the girls. We've been trying to oblige them for a few weeks now, but the timing just hasn't worked out. As the girls are in relatively good health, I expect it will be a fun but otherwise uneventful evening for them.
